cuts and sores with waterproof dressings.

in a food room is illegal and dangerous.
Keep
yourself clean and wear clean clothing.
Clean
as you go, keep all equipment, Utensils and surfaces clean.
Keep
food clean, covered and either cold or piping hot. Separate raw and
cooked food.
Ensure
waste food is disposed of properly. Keep the lid on the dustbins.
Do not
break the law. Tel your supervisor if you can't follow the rules.
